The Professional Plan ($49/mo) does not include free deliveries but offers reduced per-delivery rates. The Salon Plan ($99/mo) includes 10 deliveries per month. The Elite Salon Plan ($199/mo) includes 25 deliveries per month. Additional deliveries beyond your included amount are billed at a discounted member rate.
Additional deliveries are charged at your plan's discounted member rate — typically 20–30% lower than non-member pricing. There are no surprise overage fees; you simply pay the reduced per-delivery price for each extra trip.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the new rate and included deliveries take effect immediately. When you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference so you only pay for the remaining days in your billing period.
Salon and Elite members can opt into weekly invoicing instead of monthly billing. Each Monday you receive an itemized invoice covering the prior week's deliveries, membership base fee, and any additional delivery charges. Payment is due within 3 business days via ACH or card on file.
No long-term contracts. Memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. If you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of your current billing period.
Standard included deliveries apply to Standard Delivery ($14.99 value). Rush Delivery fees are reduced for members — the Salon Plan gets 50% off rush fees, and the Elite Plan gets 75% off. Emergency Priority Delivery is always billed separately at a discounted member rate.
Yes. Salon and Elite plans support multiple authorized users under one business account. Each authorized user can book deliveries, and all charges roll up to the primary business account for easy centralized billing.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe, and Square. For weekly invoicing, we also support ACH bank transfer.
